i am very in love right now with The Fray's new song "you found me." gonna get their new album tomarrow! YESSS! just thought ya outta know.
now a story about my day:
was gonna wake up at 6 to hit the gym, but man was it hard to get up this morning! and i didnt do it instead slept in an extra hour and was late to class. yay. i am officially in love with my stress management class. and i don't wanna sound like a stressed mess (because according to the book i am not) but its a great class and there's meditation!! oh how i missed meditation! that and the instructor is a crazy old Kook who was lecturing then dodged behind his desk and popped out in a gorilla mask. <3 classico. i also read the chapters on nutrition and exercise in the book and learned many helpful things and realized what i have been doing so far is what i should be doing! so that was wonderful! will share my findings in one of my videos soon. =] but yeah school, got home at 3, went to work at 4 got home at 9:30. so since i skipped a morning work out, no time to work out today, but thats ok with me. i ate wonderfully today.
exercise for the day: none. but i did work for 5 hours and its a job that has ya walking (and sometimes running) back and forth.
food:
morning: banana-spinach smoothie and 1/2 cup oatmeal.
lunch: sandwich, 3/4 cup soybeans, apple
dinner: salmon, rice w/ veggies.
snacks: 1/2 a pita with hummus (my weakness!)
im going to start writting in detail what i eat soon enough but wanna get a hang of daily blogging and taking note ofmy work outs first. plus the book i was reading has a wonderful section on having a food diary and i need to read into more detail so i do it right.
oh boring day you have bow ended and it is time for sleeps.
