nature rocks

oh mans!
so today i learned that my friend of like 5 years is actually very depressed and suicidal on the inside and i never knew! she never rly has shown that side of her to us, and now i'm worried all over for her... and my lack of human communication skillz has been totally buggin' me and blah blah blah. ariana has just been thinkign to much lately!
SO it was a wonderful day outside about 80 degrees so i went to lay in the sun in the back yard and hung out with the cat and dog and ended up spending two hours lost in the songs of the birdies and absorbing sunlight! then picked up a hoe and started weeding the vegitable garden. i am determined this year to start gardening again because nature is quite calming and lovely. even went to home depot to buy some veggie plants but i guess end of january is still too early for them to be in season, so just gonna have to wait until they get more in towards the end of feburary! oh the anticipation. haha!
but to get to the point, laying outside on the grass is great meditation! gonna start doing it more often!
it is saturday, thus my free day. i dont usually hit the gym sat because i just clean the house ect. had beans and an egg and tortillas for breakfast and pizza for dinner so food wise not good choices but fits fine into calorie count.
OH! so excited! i bought myself new running shoes! <3 <3 yay!
then went searching for a bike, but the nice ones at Costco were too high and my short legs couldnt reach the floor. oh wells. i will try target later on or tomarrow.

Ariana has a blog?!

hay guys!
well i think it is about time i got a blog. i hope to keep those of you who are interested up to date with my weight loss journey and just how general life is going. and all that jazz that i forget to put in my vlogs. :D
my stress management teacher says it is good to keep a daily journal on feelings and accomplishments of the day. so ima get my act together and try to update every day as well as write down what im eating and my work out/exercise for the day.
w00t!
